Sculpt & Tone

This dynamic fitness class focuses on lean conditioning and sculpting your body through high-rep, light-weight training. You’ll engage in a series of exercises designed to tone and define your muscles using resistance bands, light weights and stability balls. Small, controlled movements are emphasized to sculpt your physique, improve core stability, and achieve long, lean muscles.

Core Strength & Sports Stretching

Combine dynamic ab exercises with targeted sports stretching to enhance core strength, flexibility, and overall athletic performance. Participants will focus on a variety of effective abdominal exercises that target all areas of the core, improving stability and posture.
